Enjoy a new, nature-friendly Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is our first crafted from organic grapes, making it a true expression of Spier’s ethos. The grapes are grown without the use of synthetic fertilisers, pesticide sprays or herbicides. This means that only the fittest survive, resulting in a great Spier Sauvignon Blanc made from the healthiest grapes that are grown in balance with their environment.

"Selection within selections" is Winemaker Frans Smit's slogan when creating these ultra premium wines. This means that only hand-selected grapes from single, mature and low-yielding vineyards are gently vinified and judiciously matured in tight-grained, French barrels.
